turn the doornob to the bathroom inside out so the lock is outside of the bathroom.
lock him in ther til he takes a shower.
OR....
putta lock on the shower door(if ther is a door no curtian)
and have the lock out side of the shower.
OR...
if thers a curtain, INSTAIL A DOOR!!! or tie the curtain 2 something on both ends.

Ok let me get this straight. If Rob does stink wait I don't even belive it. First it was with Zac Efron and it turned out to be some rumor. Maybe Robert's is a rumors too. But I have one question. Ok, what about at the meet and greets that hottopics held? What did the fans thought? If Rob were to stank and the fans smelt him I think they would have told it to everyone. Hi Everyone! Interesting comments! If Rob is smart (intelligent), he would know how to keep himself presentable in every situation. He just found fame..do any of think that he will let it rot so easily? Nope! If he forgot to shower a few times, so what .. don't we all do that here and there?
